In production, test systems have to operate reliably, quickly and unambiguously. Stable processes matter as much as measured values: operators need clear guidance, devices must be contacted safely, results evaluated consistently and every test documented without gaps.
MCF develops production test systems for manual, semi-automatic and fully automated applications – end-of-line stations, inline and in-circuit systems, functional test benches and automated test cells. Depending on volume, systems use manual loading, automatic contacting, tray handling, robots or full line integration.
