CORPORATE CULTURE
A pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working characterizes our everyday life. The focus is on technical challenges from industrial practice, which are solved together as a team. The collaboration is highly interdisciplinary: mechanics, electrical systems, software and production are closely intertwined and enable short coordination channels and quick decisions.
The work is characterized by a high level of personal responsibility and the aim of developing clean and functioning technical solutions. At the same time, there is open and direct communication in which ideas can be quickly discussed and implemented. Instead of rigid processes, what counts is a shared look at the best technical solution for the respective project.

WORKING AT MCF
TRAINING & STUDY
Our vocational training as part of the IHK combines sound theoretical fundamentals with intensive practical training in the company. Right from the start, trainees learn to actively participate in real projects and take on responsibility in different specialist areas. Targeted training content in the vocational school alternates with practical tasks in the company.
The focus is on understanding technical and organizational processes as well as directly applying what you have learned in everyday work. Working on projects in the areas of development, manufacturing, software or purchasing creates a broad technical understanding and an early connection to industrial practice.
Close support from experienced specialists ensures continuous support and professional development. At the same time, we specifically encourage personal responsibility and independent work. The aim of the training is not only to impart specialist knowledge, but also to build a deep understanding of processes, quality and collaboration within the company.
Ausbildungsberufe
The dual study program at the DHBW Karlsruhe combines scientifically based university studies with intensive practical phases in our company. Theory and practical sections usually alternate every three months and ensure a direct link between academic knowledge and industrial application.
Students are actively involved in our projects right from the start and work in various specialist areas such as development, software, construction or project management. This creates a deep understanding of technical connections as well as the real requirements from industrial practice. The close connection between the university and the company makes it possible to directly apply and further develop theoretical content.
