We manufacture according to your engineering and manufacturing documentation - or optionally also take over design and planning: from individual milled parts to assemblies, PCBs, custom cables and test fixtures to the wired control cabinet, the equipped 19″ rack or the complete machine - in-house.
Our origins are special machine construction for testing and test and measurement engineering. Anyone who builds test systems for sensitive measurement signals wires cleanly, tests consistently and documents in a comprehensible manner. We transfer this claim to every production order – even where test and measurement engineering is not involved.

From a single unit to series production
As a special machine manufacturer, we produce individual pieces every day. We know how to build a part or a system reliably without a series run - and how to reduce effort and costs when the same solution is used several times.
We produce larger quantities economically at our second location in Niš, Serbia - with the same documents and testing specifications.
Process
Drawings, 3D data, parts lists or circuit diagrams – plus the quantity and requested delivery date.
We check feasibility and completeness, clarify open points and show potential for optimization.
Parts production, assembly and wiring in-house – every assembly is checked before delivery.
Delivery with test report and documented status – including commissioning upon request.
Documentation incomplete? Our Engineering team can complete or create the manufacturing documentation based on your designs.
Testing & documentation
As a specialist for test systems, we know what needs to be tested – and how. Testing and documentation are therefore an integral part of every order, not a subsequent step. We tailor the scope of testing and depth of documentation to the application, industry and your acceptance criteria.

Send us drawings, 3D data, bills of materials or circuit diagrams – or simply your requirements if MCF is to provide the engineering – together with the quantity and requested delivery date. We review feasibility and completeness, then respond with any questions, optimization proposals and a quotation.
