Product lifecycle
Flexibly test and evaluate samples, prototypes and individual assemblies using measurement technology.

In the laboratory, flexibility, rapid adaptability and technical transparency are essential. Samples, prototypes, individual assemblies and new test methods are investigated while devices under test, measurement points, limits and procedures may still change during the work.
The key task is usually to combine several instruments into one shared, freely configurable test sequence – test automation on a laboratory scale. MCF develops laboratory test stations that control sources, instruments, switching matrices and test fixtures through integrated test software, keep sequences parameterizable and automatically acquire and document measurement data.
The setup remains open, modular and expandable. Maximum cycle speed is less important than easy access, safe measurement conditions, clear result visualization and the ability to add or change instruments and sequences at any time. The resulting routines can later be reused for development and series testing.
Test methods
Each test method is described once in detail, regardless of how many product lifecycle phases use it.
Typical applications
MCF develops and manufactures test systems for every phase of the product lifecycle – from concept, design, electrical planning and test software through manufacturing, commissioning and service. Tell us about your device and process, and we will assess feasibility, effort and a suitable test concept.
