Test methods
Test control units and assemblies against a simulated environment – reproducibly and without the real system.
Many assemblies can only be tested meaningfully together with their environment: sensor signals, loads, buses and fault conditions. A HIL test bench simulates this environment, eliminating the need for a real plant, vehicle or machine.
MCF implements HIL systems with signal conditioning, load simulation, bus connections such as CAN, LIN and Ethernet, and fault injection. The test software controls scenarios, limits and fault cases as parameterizable sequences and documents every result traceably.
Classification
This test method is used in several phases, each with different requirements for system design, automation and documentation.
Whether as a stand-alone test station or part of an integrated concept spanning several lifecycle phases, MCF configures the method for your device, volumes and process environment – including contacting, measurement technology, test software and documentation.
