Test fixtures and change kits manufactured in-house – designed by MCF or built to your design documentation.
Test fixture
Test fixtures are our core business. From the manual adapter to the pneumatic contacting unit, MCF produces test fixtures for ICT, FCT and EOL - from the milled adapter plate to the assembly with spring contacts to the wired, tested unit.
The design comes either from our own engineering or from you. Because we develop test fixtures ourselves, we know the critical points - positioning accuracy, contact forces, wear and signal routing - and pay attention to these even when we manufacture to your specifications.
Change kits
In inline test systems and automated test cells, the basic system remains the same - only the product-specific change kit is replaced. MCF manufactures change kits to match the existing mechanical and electrical interface.
Whether for a new product variant, a duplicate for a parallel line or a replacement due to wear: each kit is built to an MCF design or your specifications, tested and delivered with documented contact assignments.
