- Individual parts, prototypes and repeat parts
Manufacturing services
Milled, turned and 3D-printed parts to your drawings or an MCF design – from a single unit, produced on our modern in-house CNC machinery.
MCF produces individual mechanical parts and small series in-house: milled and turned parts made of aluminum, steel and technical plastics as well as additively manufactured components - based on your drawings and 3D data or according to design by our engineering team.
Because we constantly need individual parts in special machine construction, our production is designed for small batch sizes: programming directly from the CAD data, quick response to changes and, if desired, further assembly into the finished assembly.
Scope of services
Machinery
In-house milling, turning, 3D printing and surface finishing.
From test system engineering
We don’t just manufacture the part – we know the assembly into which it is installed. Fits, tolerances and assembly sequences are taken into account.
No complete documentation? Engineering can also provide development, design and planning.
From a single unit to repeat production – how we optimize for larger quantities.
Other manufacturing services
Mechanical and electromechanical assembly, PCB population and custom cable manufacturing from a single source.
ManufacturingIn-house manufactured test fixtures and change kits – designed by MCF or built to your specifications.
ManufacturingControl cabinets for machinery, process industries and test systems – based on your electrical design or engineered by MCF.
ManufacturingServer, IT and test racks assembled, populated and wired – individually or in series.
ManufacturingComplete systems to your specifications or with MCF engineering – built, commissioned, documented.
Send us your documentation – or your requirements if MCF is to provide the engineering – together with the quantity and requested delivery date. We review feasibility and completeness, then respond with any questions, optimization proposals and a quotation.
