Manufacturing services
Control cabinets for machinery, process industries and test systems – assembled and wired to your electrical design or engineered by MCF, then tested and fully documented.
MCF builds control cabinets according to your circuit diagrams and construction specifications - upon request, our engineering can also take care of the electrical planning: from processing the housing and mounting plate to assembly and wiring to testing and handover with a documented status.
We manufacture for mechanical and plant manufacturers, the process industry and for our own testing systems - as individual cabinets or as recurring production of identical cabinets.

Scope of services
From test system engineering
Our test systems require clean signal routing and a service-friendly design. We transfer this claim to every control cabinet - even where no test and measurement engineering is installed.
No complete documentation? Engineering can also provide development, design and planning.
From a single unit to repeat production – how we optimize for larger quantities.
Other manufacturing services
Milled, turned and 3D printed parts to drawings and CAD data – from a single unit.
ManufacturingMechanical and electromechanical assembly, PCB population and custom cable manufacturing from a single source.
ManufacturingIn-house manufactured test fixtures and change kits – designed by MCF or built to your specifications.
ManufacturingServer, IT and test racks assembled, populated and wired – individually or in series.
ManufacturingComplete systems to your specifications or with MCF engineering – built, commissioned, documented.
Send us your documentation – or your requirements if MCF is to provide the engineering – together with the quantity and requested delivery date. We review feasibility and completeness, then respond with any questions, optimization proposals and a quotation.
