Measure product behavior across temperature and humidity ranges with synchronized test system and climate chamber operation.
Electronics behave differently at −40 °C than at 85 °C. Verification and qualification therefore require measurements across the complete temperature and humidity range. Because profiles run for hours or days, this process has to be automated.
MCF couples the test system and climate chamber. The software controls the chamber profile, observes soak times, performs measurements at defined points and logs values throughout the entire run. Contacting, cabling and fixtures are designed for the required temperature range.
