Test system for calibration and testing of infusion-machines
We are proud about a new customer from the medical ingeneering industry. We build a substantial test system for the world-wide known corporation. Infusion-machines will be calibrated and tested with the test rig. The 3D-construction with SolidWorks is already finalized and the manufacturing process is running. In some weeks a complex test system for highest requirements in the medical engineering will develop.

Interchangeable fixtures for a test system delivered

Interchangeable fixtures for drawer-test-rig delivered
For one of our customers, an automotive supplier, we have modified an exisiting drawer-test-rig and have build two interchangeable fixtures for left-hand drive and right-hand drive platines of a new generation. Contacting is pneumatically actuated from above and below. In the first contacting step a functional testing takes place, followed by the component testing as a second step.

Lab-Test rig delivered
We rebuilt a small lab-test rig for one of our customers. Therefore some parts have been manufactured, some exisiting parts adjusted and the system has been mounted from horizontal to vertical testing.

Test system for pressure calibration and test of touchpanels delivered
The second system of our new MCF tester generation was successfully delivered before the easter holidays. The system is based on LabVIEW and PXI calibrates and tests touch panels
of an upcoming automotive generation.

New MCF tester generation delivered
The first system of our new MCF tester generation was successfully delivered. The EOL-system programs, tests and labels senors based on Melexis 90xxx.

Brake disc fixture delivered
A great example from our 3D-engineering and mechanical manufacturing department for a good collaboration with one of our customers.
We manufacture complex parts for a fixture holding brake discs. These parts are assembled after receiving the casing and some provisions to a fixture.
Later on this system tests brake discs for flawless function. The brake disc is insert and slowly rotated.
Then a hammer-like tool taps the disc and a special-microphone records the knocking sounds.
A test-software recognizes if the brake disc has cracks or other damages.
The system works perfectly. We already have assembled and delivered four fixtures.
